Applications for the 2016 Little Miss Richmond will be available on Monday, August 1st, 2016 at the Lois Wagner Memorial Library and at the Richmond Community Center. The deadline to turn in applications will be Wednesday, August 31st at 3:00 p.m. sharp. No no no applications will be accepted past this date and time. Girls must be entering Kindergarten or First Grade and live full time in the Richmond School District.
