All spaces are reserved in advance. Registration deadline is August 22, 2008. All late registrations

will be charged and must include an additional $20.00. Set up will be Friday, September 7, 2007, from 9:00 am. until 1:00 p.m. No early or late arrivals will be accepted.

The Good Old Days committee advertises heavily in state publications, newspapers, radio and television. Make arrangements to keep your area open and staffed during the above posted hours. Vendors and Non-Profit Organizations who are not in compliance will NOT be invited to return. The festival is held rain or shine. Once your application is accepted, your registration fee will not be refunded. If your application is rejected, your fee will be promptly returned.

The Vendor committee makes and finalizes all site assignments. Any item deemed objectionable or in poor taste must be removed when informed to do so by the committee. If not in compliance with the request, the vendor will be removed with NO REFUND. Absolutely no vehicles, trailers, campers, RV's, 5th wheels, or motor homes will be allowed on sites. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No animals are allowed. If you bring your children, THEY ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

The festival committee does not provide tents, tables or chairs. Tables should be attractively displayed and covered. All extra supplies must be stored neatly. Backdrops must be freestanding and not propped up against anything. Tents must be securely tied down.

Prices should be clearly marked. When requested, provide customer with a receipt. You will be responsible for the collection of all sales taxes and the disbursement to all tax authorities.

Your area must be clean and neat at all times, please keep your space as you found it.

Vendors and Non-Profit Organizations are responsible for securing their booth and cleaning up during and after the festival. Trash bags will be provided. Trash pick up will be Saturday and Sunday morning at approx. 8:00 a.m. There will not be any subcontracting of sites without the expressed consent of the Richmond Area Good Old Days Festival, Inc.

The Good Old Days Festival Committee and Vendor Committee will not be held responsible for any damages or losses to persons or property caused by an act, omission, or the neglect, of vendor or non-profit or any person, due to any cause whatsoever, and the vendor or non-profit organization agrees to indemnify and holds the RGOD Festival and the City of Richmond free and harmless from all claims for any such damages or losses. The vendor and non-profit organizations shall pay the Committee and the City of Richmond upon demand, all attorney fees, legal expenses and court costs incurred while enforcing any of the obligations under this agreement.
