Macomb Daily Day!  Pay one price, ride all night.  Carnival rides by Mid America Shows.   Present coupon from the Macomb Daily and receive $3.00 (One coupon per person) off one $18.00 pop wristband.  Individual ride tickets are also available.  (Height restrictions enforced on some rides).

FAIRCROSS - 6:30

Back by popular demand for the 5th year.  An exciting ride for all ages.  Gates will open at 4:00, Sign-up from 4:00 - 5:15, Practice at 5:30, and the Racing begins at 6:30.  Cost Adults $6.00 Children 12 & under $4.00.

CLASSIC CAR PARADE & CRUISE - 6:30 pm

Sponsored by Country Cruisers Club.  Parade line up at the Fire Department parking lot (on North Main Street).  Cruise immediately following headed North up M-19.  No Cost.

OPENING CEREMONIES - 7:00 pm

Come down and kick off the festival weekend by meeting the 2008 Grand Marshall's.  There will also be a chance to win some prizes good during the weekend.  Held of the Festival Stage. 

LITTLE MISS RICHMOND CONTEST - 7:15 pm 

Who will be the 2008 "Little Miss".  A lighthearted "Cutie Contest".  Held on the Festival Stage.  All participants must be pre-registered and all applications must be received by 4:00 pm on August 31st.  There are no exceptions.  Applications will be available at the Library and City Hall, on August 1st.  Mail applications to:
