LITTLE MISS RICHMOND CONTEST - 7:15 pm
Who will be the 2011 "Little Miss". A lighthearted "Cutie Contest". Held on the Festival Stage. All participants must be pre-registered and all applications must be received by 4:00 pm on August 31th. There are no exceptions.
