  • MIDWAY CARNIVAL OPENS - 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
    Macomb Daily Day! Pay one price, ride all night. Carnival rides by Mid America Shows. Present coupon from the Macomb Daily and receive $3.00 (One coupon per person) off one $20.00 pop wristband. Individual ride tickets are also available. (Height restrictions enforced on some rides).
  • FESTIVAL BEVERAGE TENT OPENS - 6:00 pm
    Relax with friends and family while you have a cold one.
  • CLASSIC CAR PARADE & CRUISE - 6:30 pm
    Sponsored by Country Cruisers Club. Parade line up at the Fire Department parking lot (on North Main Street). Cruise immediately following headed North up M-19. No Cost.

  • OPENING CEREMONIES - 7:00 pm
    Come down and kick off the festival weekend by meeting the 2011 Grand Marshal. There will also be a chance to win some prizes good during the weekend. Held on the Festival Stage.

    Local trucks register early. There will be a class limit.

  • LITTLE MISS RICHMOND CONTEST - 7:15 pm
    Who will be the 2011 "Little Miss". A lighthearted "Cutie Contest". Held on the Festival Stage. All participants must be pre-registered and all applications must be received by 4:00 pm on August 31th. There are no exceptions. Applications will be available at the Library, Community Center and City Hall, on August 1st. Mail applications to:

    All weekend long come watch special woodturning demonstrations. Located right next to the Good Old Days Barn!

  • MERCHANT & VENDOR SALES - 1:00 pm to dusk
    Selling many useful and interesting products. Lined up along Washington & Beebe Streets. Come check it out. Next to the Festival Grounds.

    Please note we cannot accept applications from anyone who wants to sell food at the Festival. You must contact Mid America Shows.

  • HISTORICAL BUILDINGS OPEN - 3:00 pm to dusk
    Old Schoolhouse, Log Cabin, Train Depot, and the Memorial Walkway are open for tours. Sponsored by the Richmond Area Historical and Genealogical Society. No Cost.
  • STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SOCIAL - 3:00 pm to dusk
    Come by and try some of the best strawberry shortcake around. Sponsored by the Richmond Area Historical and Genealogical Society. Get yours fast! Only $4 per person.
  • FESTIVAL STAGE PRESENTS - 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

    *New Time* Who's car will make the curve? Awards sponsored by DTI Trucking. Cost Adult $7.00, Children 12 and under $4.00.
