"The Great Michigan Parade"
Richmond's mile long Main Street will be filled with music when the Richmond Area
Good Old Days Festival "The Great Michigan Parade" takes center stage on Sunday,
September 12, 2010 at 1:30 pm. Traditionally the cornerstone of the festival, the
Richmond Area Good Old Days Festival "The Great Michigan Parade" has also gained a
distinguished reputation being voted MICHIGAN'S BEST Small Town Parade by the Detroit
News. The Parade starts at the corner of Ridge Road and Main Streets and eventually works it's way down
to the Big K parking lot at the south end of town.
You are cordially invited to attend this years Richmond Area Good Old Days Festival "The Great Michigan Parade". Bring your family, bring your friends,
but most of all bring your child like enthusiasm for an exciting and memorable hour and a half of good, old fashioned, entertainment.

Miss Richmond 2010

This years Miss Richmond contest was held in March at the Aud Youth Center.
Find out who will be the next "Little Miss Richmond 2010". Opening ceremony is kicked off on Thursday evening with out "Little Miss
Richmond" pageant at the hub of the festival located at Beebe Street Park.
Applications are available August 1st at city hall and the library. Forms must be received by 4:00 pm, August 28, 2010.
